As I struggled to find at least one local model that is pursuing the career professionally, I decided to pick signed fashion model Jeniel Williams, who hails from Kingston, Jamaica, to be the first featured Belle Of The Ball. The 21-year-old kicked off her modeling career after she won a modeling competition in her hometown in 2005. A year later, she was signed to New York Models Management and has been making major moves in the fashion industry. She has been seen through the lens of notable and talented fashion photographers Daniel Jackson, Steven Meisel, Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot. She graced the covers of Love and i-D Magazines as well as the runways in New York, Paris, and London Fashion Week.  Check out more pictures of this stunning Jamaican beauty who has skin made of sparkles that are oh so radiant.
